WalkOn is a feature designed to offer a unique and personalized experience. You can whitelist or choose to set it for tiered subscribers and assign a WalkOn, or allow them to choose their own. In this blog, we will delve into how to set up this feature and the three ways that your approved viewers can trigger their WalkOn.
1.Enable WalkOn and settings
Head over to your settings and click on "WalkOn" and configure your WalkOn settings. Make sure to have WalkOn Enabled
2.Go to "My viewers" to manage and assign WalkOns
Now that you have WalkOn enabled, you'll access "My viewers" to manage any pending WalkOns, Starring and Assigning WalkOns by using the Filter option. Let's go through how to approve a WalkOn, Assign a WalkOn and starring a viewer/mod.
Approving a WalkOn
Go to Filter and change it to "Pending WalkOns" and this will show a list of viewers who have a pending WalkOn that needs to be approved. You can preview the Blerp, if you decide that it's not appropriate for your stream you can reject the WalkOn. To approve the WalkOn simply click on the check mark icon. (viewers are able to request up to 3 at a time)
Assigning a WalkOn
To assign a WalkOn, search for the viewer's name using either their Blerp username or Twitch name. There's a button that says "Assign WalkOn" and then choose the WalkOn sound.
⭐ Whitelisting/Starring Users
Search for the viewer's name, once you've found them in their profile card go to the WalkOn section and there will be a star icon. This will whitelist the user and from there you can either allow them to submit their own WalkOn or assign a WalkOn. This also bypasses needing to subscribe via Twitch.

How your Viewers trigger their WalkOn
If you want to create a Channel point override that allows your viewers to trigger their WalkOn follow these steps to get it setup
1. Go to your Twitch Channel Points Dashboard via the Blerp website - here is the direct link
2. Create a Channel point reward - it doesn't matter what sound you chose because you're going to override it as a WalkOn
3. Once you've added a new channel point reward, find that reward and edit it > Special override type > WalkOn Should look like this
4. Hit save
