How to Refund Bits on Twitch

Twitch Bits are a virtual currency that viewers can purchase and use to support their favorite streamers by Cheering in chat. However, once Bits are purchased and used, the transaction is generally considered final. Twitch does not offer refunds for Bits unless there are specific circumstances, such as technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

Can You Refund Bits on Twitch?

If Bits have already been purchased and Cheered, Twitch does not allow refunds or reversals under normal circumstances. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

Technical issues – If there was an error in the transaction or the Bits did not work as intended.

Fraudulent activity – If the purchase was unauthorized or made under suspicious circumstances.

Legal requirements – In some regions, consumer protection laws may require Twitch to issue refunds under certain conditions.

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, you can contact Twitch Support and provide details about the issue.

How to Refund Bits Used on Blerp

If you’ve used Bits on the Blerp sound extension and need a refund due to an issue, you can do so through your Blerp Live History.

Steps to Refund Bits on Blerp:

Go to your Blerp Live History – Visit your live history to access your past Blerp transactions.

Find the Blerp you want to refund – In the Activity Log, locate the sound bite that needs to be refunded.

Select the card symbol – This option allows you to refund the spent Bits or channel points.

Retrigger the Blerp (if needed) – If the issue was technical (e.g., the sound didn’t play correctly), you can retrigger the Blerp instead of refunding it.
